An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join a leading law firm to form part of their HR team.
This new role will provide you with an opportunity to really add value to a business and play a part of a growing HR function.
You will need to have previous experience of working within a graduate recruitment function, preferably within a law firm and a CIPD qualification would be helpful but not essential.
Whilst managing the end to end recruitment for all trainees you will also be responsible for the development of them throughout their training contracts.
The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will be innovative and have the capability to continually lead and improve internal processes and procedures.
This role will be based in London but will require travel to other offices inorder to attend and run law fairs and open days.
