Recruitment Advisor - Norwich - Norfolk/Suffolk border - up to £30,000

Our client is a global leader and specialist service provider in their engineering sector. Due to growth they are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join their small regional HR team supporting stakeholders and group companies in and around the Norfolk/Suffolk border area - close to Norwich.

Working in conjunction with HR Shared Services, the Recruitment Advisor will work closing with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand individual requirements. You will help to coach and advise hiring manager on the recruitment process, using your market knowledge to help make informed decisions.

As a Recruitment Advisor you will help to source and sift candidates focusing on ensuring there is a fit with the business. You'll focus on personality and culture and where possible use 'Insights' to help match candidates. Working with your stakeholders, you may get involved in attending interviews with hiring managers and well as helping to ensure there exists a fit for purpose recruitment processes and procedures.

You will help to manage the entire recruit process for sign off through to offer acceptance. Working proactively it is expected that you'll also focus some of your time to building talent pools in 2019 as well as managing internal talent pools. This year may also have an increased focus on graduate recruitment too.

To be successful in this role it is expected you'll already be an experienced recruitment professional with an outgoing personality who is able to talk directly to hiring managers - this role is about adding value to the recruitment process and a human touch therefore where possible you'll travel around to sites to meet stakeholders and take a brief on a role personally. Travel could include ad hoc trips to sites in the South too.

Any experience from in-house recruitment roles or from recruiting within an engineering environment would be a benefit, however, the right attitude and fit is just as important.

Our client is looking to move swiftly - therefore please get in touch ASAP with Mark Dayman from Search HR on 0116 247 3308 to discuss further and apply mark.dayman@search.co.uk

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
