Resourcing Assistant - East London/Essex - £28K - £30K

Our client is a prestigious national organisation and a household name. They are now looking for an experienced Resourcing or Recruitment professional, with a strong background in co-ordination, to support them at one of their regional hubs in Stratford, East London.
Working closing with the Resourcing Business Partner, you will help to provide all support, co-ordination and process management for all recruitment activity for a particular division of the organisation. This area can have several hundred hires a year and there will usually be 60+ vacancies at various stages of process live at any one point.
Your role will be to keep in contact with Hiring Managers to understand current requirements. You'll then need to ensure roles are loaded and tracked properly on their ATS and will have personal responsibility for creating and posting adverts for roles. This could include specialist and specific job boards, social media and engagement with agencies. You'll help managers with the volume of applications and will then act as the first point of call for candidates when arranging and setting up interviews for the role.
Upon offer, you'll then liaise with candidates to ensure that offers are being sent out and that candidates are aware of what documentation they need to provide. You'll then be the custodian of the internal process to ensure approval and then handover to the HR Shared Service team to complete the onboarding and vetting process.
As part of your wider role you'll also support the Resourcing Business Partner with visits to local schools and collages to attend careers fairs and promote early careers talent to join the organisation.
To be successful in this role in it anticipated that you will already have a good grounding in an existing in-house Resourcing or Recruitment Administration/Assistant or Co-ordinator role or perhaps you do a similar role as part of a wider HR position but want to specialise in Recruitment? The ability to deal with high volumes of vacancies, stakeholders and candidates will be paramount so you'll need excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise. Experience using ATS's and HR systems would be a big advantage as would strong analytical skills on Excel.
