Resource Planning Analyst (9MFTC)
Skipton, BD23
£19,750

Our client, a leading financial services company based in Skipton, is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst to join the expanding business function. The role offers great opportunity to develop and follow a 12-18 month training plan to progress in skill and salary.

You will be responsible for planning the schedules across the customer service function, ensuring optimum use of resources and also manage any real-time changes that arise throughout the day, such as any spikes in customer calls or planning around sickness and absence.

You will need to have an analytical mind, and will work with business volumes and forecasts in order to create flexible and efficient weekly, monthly and yearly resource plans and schedules. As well as planning schedules, you will also implement any rota changes/holiday requests and find real-time solutions for any unplanned absences.

As a candidate you will be forward thinking, enjoy analysing data and ensuring accuracy in all of your work and use these attributes to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, and feel confident to put these suggestions forward.

Systems knowledge, such as Excel, is a key part of the role and having working knowledge of telephony systems would be an advantage.

As this is a busy and varied role, you will be self-motivated and able to balance your workload to ensure effective prioritisation.
