A boutique private client orientated firm in central London are looking to take on a residential property solicitor with at least 2 pqe to add to their flourishing and busy team.

They have been providing legal advice from their unique premises in the heart of Westminster for more than 150 years and they are very proud of their heritage, their wood-panelled boardrooms and their long-standing, institutional clients who have been part of their history and continue to instruct them. But without losing any of that, this firm is a diverse, modern and dynamic law firm that punches well above its weight. They have global drinks brands, innovative tech companies and bright entrepreneurs as clients. They also have lawyers who enjoy coming to work and meeting new people.

This is a chance to learn as part of a successful team dealing with very good quality work.
This is a fairly small tem that is very well supported. The caseload is a mix in values from £300K to £3M, Freehold and Leasehold, the average value being £800K.
Very attractive salary package and Benefits include private pension, 25 days p.a. holiday rising to 29 days after 5 years' continuous service, Christmas bonus (paid in shopping vouchers), non-contractual discretionary bonus scheme.

Knowledge/experience of enfranchisement would be a distinct advantage but is not essential and training will be given in addition to exposure to this work.
