A top 100 firm are recruiting for a junior and senior residential property lawyer to join their well established team in Oxfordshire.
The firm are based in the city and have regional offices across the Country. They are ranked in the top tier of the Legal 500 for an array of practice areas, and are well-known as one of the leading firms in the Country.
Whilst being a corporate front runner, the firm are also very client focused. They have a reputation for bespoke advice and, for this reason, see clients returning time after time. They have an incredibly low staff turnover for such a large firm and this is partly to do with the extremely competitive salaries and benefits packages provided, as well as the flexibility on offer (2 or 3 days working from home).
The two roles offer uniquely different experiences. The junior role is an opportunity to join and develop with one of the leading national firms. You will have exposure to training and one-on-one support from reputable lawyers (Legal 500 ranked) as well as the opportunity to work on complex files for a high net worth client base. The senior role gives you the opportunity to hit the ground running with the highly regarded team whilst taking more responsibility in the business development/marketing of the department. You will also aid in the training and development of juniors, giving the opportunity to step up into a role with managerial aspects.
The firm like to promote from within, so both roles give a unique opportunity for progression.
To be successful in your application, you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer.
- Have at least 2 years of post qualified experience.
- Have received good quality training from a reputable source.
- Ideally, have experience dealing with high net worth clients.
- Be driven and willing to work hard as an ambassador for a top firm.
Please apply as directed or confidentially contact Alfie Steadman at Search Legal for more information. If this is not the role for you, I am working on a variety of residential property roles so would be keen to speak to any property lawyer.
