A modern and expanding law firm with offices throughout Hampshire and Surrey are looking for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join their experienced team.
The role will see you advising clients on all aspects of the residential Conveyancing process from initial instruction until completion including freehold and lease hold conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build, and shared ownership. You will be required to maintain the firms high standards of client care at all times in your work associated with the exchange, completion and post-completion of properties including registrations.
The Successful Candidate will:-
- Be an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer
- Have sound technical knowledge
- Be able to work independently
- Have used case management systems
- Be an excellent communicator
