A leading Edinburgh firm that specialise in property and personal legal services are seeking an experience Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. The successful candidate would be working within the conveyancing team.
You will be responsible for managing your own case load from start to finish. Daily duties will include but are not limited to: examining and reporting on title, managing case files, acting on behalf of clients, instructing bank transfers and providing an excellent service to clients. Experience is essential as the successful candidate will be expected to work on their own caseload.
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with residential conveyancing experience to join a friendly and supportive team. The firm are happy to offer training and support to allow for career progression as well as the chance to work autonomously on your own caseload.
Essential Requirements:
- Experienced residential conveyancing paralegal
- Highly organised
- Capable of working on an individual caseload
- Good IT Skills
- Team player
