A great opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer, to join a leading law firm in Hampshire. The firm Legal 500 ranked and have an excellent reputation across the region.

The firm are currently looking to grow their busy department, considering individuals qualified and non-qualified at all levels.

The role would require the individual to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters which includes sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, equity releases and new development work, for a mid-high net worth client base. You will be joining a high performing team of solicitors, where you will be able to gain knowledge and develop your skillset.

The ideal candidate would have experience in managing a busy caseload of residential property work and excellent client skills along with a good working relationship. You will be able to work in a team but also show initiative and work independently. You will be able to play a key part in business development.
