Residential Concierge - Central London - £28,000 + excellent benefits

The Opportunity

A brand-new luxury residential building is looking for 6 Residential Concierge to join their team in Central London

This is a genuinely unique role working at one of the most exclusive locations in London with a very generous benefits package.

The Concierge position will be working in a team with other Concierges providing a seamless 5* Hotel Style service to all Residents and visitors.

The shift pattern is a mixture of early, middle and late shifts. (7-4pm)(11-8pm)(2pm -11pm) working 5 days out of 7.

Some of the duties will be:
Meeting and greeting Residents, Visitors with 5 star service
Main/First point of contact for Residents requests
General enquiries
Travel planning and booking of transport
Recommending and booking restaurants

What You Will Need

* Previous experience of being a Concierge (desirable)
* Hotel, Cruise-line, luxury sports or Private Residential experience (essential)
* Strong English language skills (essential)
* Immaculate appearance (essential)
