Residence Manager - Central London - £50,000 - £55K
A prestigious development in the heart of London is looking for a Residence Manger to deliver 5 star service and standards; managing the facilities & concierge team whilst providing a high level contact for all residents.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team in a high level setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate would already be managing a luxury development looking after a team of concierge. You must be comfortable and thrive/enjoy dealing with high net worth individuals.
You Must Have:
* Experience of working as Manager/Operation manager in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
* Facilities experience
* Track record of delivering first-class customer service
* Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes
