Search Consultancy is a leading UK recruitment business, offering a wide spectrum of staffing solutions to our clients.

Our healthcare division has recently been awarded a national contract for a specialist healthcare organisation, and we are recruiting an Full Time or Part Time Regional Recruitment Consultant to expand our candidate talent pool in the South West and Wales regions.

Working remotely, the role requires a target-driven self starter who is committed to using traditional and innovative methods of recruitment to identify and select bank nurses and support workers. We anticipate that the role will be split between home based working to manage the advertising and telephone interviewing, and remotely travelling to venues to meet candidates face to face.

Key to this role is exceptional written and verbal communication, customer service and organisational skills. Despite the remote work aspect of the role, there will be plenty of support from our branch network

Experience in resourcing or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare arena, is essential. A full driving license is also essential for the role in order to access locations in West Cornwall, Bristol, Cardiff and Bournemouth
