I am currently looking for a Registered Service Manager to join a superb charity organisation within Bedfordshire. This is a permanent full time position (37.5 hours per week) offering a salary of £28,400pa. You will need to have either a NVQ level 4 or 5 to be considered for the role.

Within this position you will lead the operational management of three services within Bedfordshire. These services are in close proximity to one another however having accesses to your own vehicle and driving licence is desirable. All three services care for adults with learning disabilities and or autism and other needs, including mental health, physical disabilities and behaviours.

Within the role as a Registered Service Manager some of your duties will include:
* Management and support of a team of senior staff
* Auditing and Quality Assurance
* Ensuring continuous, reliable and consistent service delivery at all times
As the Service Manager you will ensure that both services are of the highest quality, and meet all CQC standards. Within the role you will that you deliver a hands o approach delivering a personalised approach to care plans, enabling the service users to enjoy the best quality of life and develop community connections.
