Are you a Southampton-based RMN or RGN looking for a new opportunity, accompanied by a salary reflective of the importance of the role, £46,275 a year? Our client is seeking a full-time RMN or RGN nurse who specialises in all areas of mental health, to work night shifts. Our client, a specialist healthcare provider, has a reputation for innovation and creating the right treatment solutions for patients and residents with particularly challenging and complex needs. The environment you will be working in is a bright, welcoming care home, for older residents who require residential, nursing care or who are living with dementia.

Primary Nursing Responsibilities:
. Ensuring that first-class care is delivered according to the latest guidelines
. Acting as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice
. Providing effective leadership and support for the care team within the home
. Liaising with GP's and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require

This rewarding RMN or RGN position is a significant opportunity for a suitably experienced and committed nursing candidate.

To apply for this nursing role, you will need appropriate Registered Mental Health Nurse training as an NMC Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN). The RMN Nurse will also need:
. A relevant degree or postgraduate diploma
. Experience working with older people with mental health issues
. Significant experience in a care home environment
. Previous work in a leadership role, preferably with a healthcare provider
