Are you an experienced Nurse Qualified Registered Home Manager ready for your next full-time career challenge in Stoke on Trent, earning up to £60,000 a year? The Home Manager role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be accountable for the day to day running and leadership of the home. It is your responsibility to ensure service users receive the highest quality of care, living by the clients values of making every day better than the last. You will pro-actively coach your team and will be dedicated to driving CQC standards to ensure quality. You will also work closely with the Regional director of operations in achieving key business objectives.

Earning £60,000 a year, the Home Manager is an integral part of the team. Our client has an excellent reputation in providing services for people with complex needs, and you'll be an asset, having had experience as a Registered Nurse yourself.

You would have taken the lead in providing robust care and quality assurance framework, as well as developing and monitoring the 'quality and continuous improvement strategy' and associated operational plans across the organisation.
