Care Home Manager
Search Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced registered manager to act as the home manager on behalf of a 48 bedded care home based in Chorley which provides Dementia care, mental health care and Elderly care.
Our client is looking for an experienced home manager to work full time hours from Monday to Friday, overseeing and managing all staff members at the home. As part of the leadership team you will be responsible for ensuring the whole facility operates effectively and of course ensuring you deliver the very best quality care.
The salary is £32,000 per annum (Negotiable) plus variety of competitive benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, up to 25% bonus, contributory pension scheme, a bespoke development programme and an employee discount scheme.
To be considered for the role you must have a minimum of an NVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and have or be willing to work towards the Leadership and Management Award (Level 5).
