£31,000ppa
Spalding, Lincoln
I am currently looking for a Registered Service Manager to join a superb respite service in Spalding. This is a full time permanent role, mainly Monday - Friday on a 39 hour contract. The role is paying £31,000pa with a range of company benefits and staff bones.
You will be working with a leading charity organisation and you will ensure that the daily running of the service and the development of its residents and staff. You will be working within a superb team including support workers and nurse. To be considered for the role as a Registered Service Manager you will need to have:
* Extensive and well-rounded knowledge of learning disabilities
* An NVQ level 4 (or equivalent)
* Previous experience within a managerial role
