Search Consultancy Ltd is currently looking for a Registered Manager to join our team in the South Tyneside area. This is a contract position lasting between 6 to 12 months.
Salary: £20.15 per hour
As a Registered Manager you will supervise approximatively 30 staff members within two Extra Care schemes. In this job, you will also be responsible identify and implementing opportunities for ongoing service improvement; raise concerns in the event of safeguarding/disciplinary and or grievance procedures; as well as delegate tasks according to staff skills and experience.
The ideal Registered Manager will:
* Have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management
* Have experience of managing an adult social care service / setting and working in accordance with CQC requirements
* Have an understanding of CQC, registration inspection and compliance
