If either is the case, my client is looking to appoint a dedicated individual within its care home, based in Ayrshire. The salary for this full-time role is up to £36,300 per year.

As a Deputy Home Manager based in North Ayrshire, you'll assist the Home Manager to ensure that the highest quality and kindest care to residents is prioritised and delivered through effective leadership and home management. You will support and inspire continuous improvement within the home, both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance. For the 37-hour working week, with 15 hours supernumerary, you'll be paid up to £36,300 per year.
What you need to offer:
To be considered for this role, you will need to be an RGN/RMN with a current NMC pin on the NMC register. You should have experience as a Deputy Staff Manager or Senior Staff Nurse and should also have:
- A proven track record in a supervisory role in a care home setting.
- A genuine understanding of what quality care looks and feels like.
- A commitment to ensuring a high-quality and kind service.
- Experience and knowledge in matters relating to occupancy, financial performance and development of external relationships.
