Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 per annum, plus a £12,000 annual bonus
Monday to Friday, No weekends

We are a leading player in the rental car industry, known for our commitment to customer satisfaction and our extensive network of branches across the Northwest of England. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch services and ensuring the success of our branches.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our branches across the Northwest of England. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of our branches operations, as well as maintaining high standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities of our Regional Sales Manager:
- Collaborate with branches to achieve and exceed business targets and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support in operational matters, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
- Conduct regular visits to branch locations to assess operations and provide on-site support.
- Offer training and development to branches and their teams.
- Foster a strong partnership and communication channel between the branches.
- Resolve operational and customer service issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in branch support, in the rental car or automotive industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of franchise operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering results.
- Flexibility to travel within the UK.
- A valid driver's license.
