They provide their services on a truly global scale. They are recruiting for a Regional Manager on a FTC 12 Month basis. Salary to £40, 000 plus a car allowance and company benefits.
Your area will be a Regional Manager for the West Midlands & North Wales region to work within our clients Business Development team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient services to clients.
The successful candidate will be required to seek new business opportunities, grow uptake of products/services, meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will sell to existing and potential customers and support the development of market and customer intelligence. Taking responsibility for leading on certain products and key national accounts, you will work within a sales team to manage and develop relationships with new and existing customers and be the 'voice of the customer'. The postholder will be measured by agreed metrics such as revenue/engagement targets.
Managing and developing relationships with new customers.
Actively seeking opportunities to promote the organisations products.
Developing and maintaining effective, collaborative working relationships with colleagues.
Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to A level and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role. Knowledge of the education and skills sector is highly desirable.
