Role: Regional Manager
Salary: up to £40,000 (Dependent on experience) + Car Allowance
Location: Edinburgh & Lothian
Are you an experienced Manager of multiple sites looking for a fresh challenge or looking to increase the portfolio of sites you look after? My client is looking to appoint a Regional Manager for Edinburgh and Lothian.
As Regional Manager you will lead and manage the 13 services in Edinburgh and Lothian, which are a mix of Supported Living and Residential Care Homes. You will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of the services ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. You will report directly to the Managing Director and have direct line management responsibility for 7 Service Leaders and a Support Co-ordinator. You will drive continuous improvement across all sites both in the quality of service provision and commercial performance.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a residential and/or supported living setting, along with strong operational management experience. You will have the proven ability to manage multiple sites and control expenditure whilst having a detailed understanding of the Health & Social Care Act, Care Inspectorate requirements and the provision of good quality.
Salary for this role is up to £40,000 (dependant on experience) + car allowance.

A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential as regional travel will be required. The role will also include on call participation.
