Role: Regional Manager (Mat Cover - 12 months)
Salary: £36,000 + Car Allowance £5,000
Location: Falkirk, Forth Valley and Perth

Are you an experienced Manager of multiple sites looking for a fresh challenge or looking to increase the portfolio of sites you look after? My client is looking to appoint a Regional Manager across services in Falkirk, Forth Valley and Perth.

This role is for a 12 month Maternity Cover contract starting in April 2019. Full Time: 37.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the Head of Service, you will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of a number of Services ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements. As part of the Leadership Team, you will contribute to the formulation of the organisation's business planning process with overall responsibility for the implementation of the business plan within your allocated services.
About You
With strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving service delivery, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple sites within an operational environment.
You will also have an understanding of quality and care in a regulated environment, be able to build sound internal and external relationships and an ability to inspire and motivate your teams.
It is also important that you share our company values which are at the heart of everything we do and ensure that we deliver high quality, consistent care and support.

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a residential and/or nursing home setting, along with strong operational management experience. You will have the proven ability to manage multiple sites and control expenditure whilst having a detailed understanding of the Health & Social Care Act, Care Inspectorate requirements and the provision of good quality.

Salary for this role is £36,000 + car allowance of £5,000.

A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential as regional travel will be required. The role will also include on call participation.
