Regional HR Advisor Bedfordshire Cambridgeshire Norfolk up to £32,500 with car
Our client is a global services organisation and one of the UKs largest private sector employers. They are now looking for an experienced and ideally CIPD level 5 qualified HR Advisor to join them in a Regional HR role.
Supporting a specific Division of the organisation, you'll partner with Managers to ensure that all aspects of HR and people activities are supported across a broad patch covering parts of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. You'll be supporting approximately 400 staff dotted across 100+ sites but will gravitate towards key regional hubs in Bedford, Peterborough and Norwich.
In this busy broad generalist role, you'll be tackling all aspects of employee relations from within a non-recognised unionised environment, this could include anything from absence and sickness, through to capability conduct and performance - in particular complex ER issues too. You'll support managers through the process and ensure they have the tool required. Although you won't get involved in interviewing, you will support and advise manager on the recruitment process and the best way to hire.
All of your managers and staff are working on-site at client premises and as such you'll get involved in and TUPE in or out for contacts won/lost as well as and consultations and restructure or redundancies that may happen.
This is a very autonomous role where you will manage you own diary and travel, however it is expected that you'll be out and about most days. To be successful in this role you'll need to be CIPD level 5 and ideally have experience in a similar regional multi-site role.
