I am currently working with a prestigious manufacturing Company based in the centre of Glasgow.
They are looking to recruit a Regional HR Advisor to support their Head of HR for their prime key locations across the business covering Scotland.
The purpose of the role will be to provide an effective professional HR service to line managers, surveyors and employees on HR policies and procedures, whilst ensuring compliance with employment law.
The main focus of the role will be:-
* Employee Relations
* Policy & Procedures
* Record Keeping
* Recruitment & Selection
* And Generalist HR support
The successful candidate with have a strong HR Generalist with Employee Relations background and be able to work in a fast paced, reactive environment. Good time management and organisational skills are paramount to the role.
