This is a new role that has been shaped to combat the ever-growing refunds across the clients industry. The objective is to engage and manage customers that are falling outside of what we consider normal behaviour. They would then communicate the customer to inform them on the correct process. Initially, the Refunds Review Agent role would be a temporary for 6 months moving onto a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying the customers that fall outside of normal refund behaviour
  • Investigate case by case to identify areas
  • Contacting customers to confer patterns
  • Presenting findings to the management and stallholders
  • Communicating effectively and working closely with Customer Experience team

Knowledge & Experience

  • Working to time lines
  • Good language & numeracy skills
  • Able to maintain composure and deliver a professional service when contacting difficult, abusive or distressed customers
  • Ability to work as part of the team but also self-manage
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Able to take specific instructions

Salary £19,400 (Temp to perm)

Hours: 0900-1730

Monday to Friday
