£22,000 Per Annum (£29k OTE)

Search, one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies is expanding! We're looking for motivated and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our Leeds office.

As a Resourcer, you'll be responsible for generating new candidates for live vacancies across Yorkshire. You will be posting adverts using industry leading systems, responding to response, and sourcing candidates using CV databases.

And what does a resourcer do?
* Placing adverts using industry-leading systems to relevant job boards
* Responding to ad response within a timely manner and scheduling interviews
* Sourcing candidates using social media, CV databases and referrals.
* Carrying out interviews with candidates to confirm suitability for roles.
* Collecting compliance documentation and logging this on CRM systems
* Placing candidates into temporary placements across Yorkshire
* Managing the candidate's absence, hours, and payroll ensuring they are paid weekly.
