Recruitment Team Leader - Leicester/Nottingham/Derby - up to £35K

Our client is a global leader in their field with a presence across the global - a name synonymous with excellent in service. One of their largest UK divisions is going through a period of restructure with HR to help equip them to be fit for future. This has involved a restructure of the Resourcing function that has lead to the creation an entirely new recruitment team in a brand new office at east Midland Airport.

The manage that team, they are looking for an experienced recruitment team leader of manager that has the ability to inspire, lead and motivate a team, as well as develop and advance them. The team of 10 will be responsible for several thousand hires each year for the UK business and these will all be high volume vacancies.

As recruitment team leader, you will be there to support, guide, coach and manage you team to ensure that the work loading into the team is being dealt with efficiently and effectively. As such you'll need to be able to spin multiple plates and look at the bigger picture. You'll liaise closely with wider members of the senior recruitment and HR team to understand upcoming workload and pressures and manage the resourcing within your team to meet these needs.

Acting as the escalation point for the team and potentially stakeholders, you'll help you problem solve with a can-do attitude to help make sure that thigs keep moving. As such it'll be expected that you'll play a key part in setting and measure outputs for the team such as KPIs and SLAs back to the business.

There will be plenty of recruitment data to handle too and as such it's anticipated you help create reports and graphs of key metrics for the wider recruitment and HR team.

To be successful in this it's expected you'll have an operations recruitment background from earlier in your career, but now will also have had experience of managing staff within a busy HR shared service type environment.
