Internal Recruitment Resourcer, Immediate start (temporary on-going), Stockport; £18-25k equivalent

Search HR is currently partnering with a large, well known call centre in their urgent search for experienced Recruitment Resourcers, to cover an extremely busy Christmas period. Although initially expected to run until the end of the year, this full time temporary positon may be extended into next year, and has the possibility of being made permanent for exceptional candidates.

The Recruitment Resourcer will be highly independent, have a "self starter" mentality and be able to adapt to wide and varying workload, working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. As a Resourcer you will be required to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment and selection. The Resourcer will also be responsible for assessment centres and conducting interviews, mainly over the phone but may have some face to face interaction. This Resourcer job will contribute significantly ensuring all recruitment processes are operating effectively for the wider business.

Key duties and responsibilities:

* End to end recruitment including screening, shortlisting and interviewing.
* Lead on assessment centres;
* Responsibility for driving process improvement and establishing a culture of business excellence;
* Support with recruitment administration;
* Produce and present recruitment statistics;
* Support with vetting processes as required, including conducting reference and DBS checks

In order to be considered for this role, you will have:

* Comprehensive recruitment/resourcing experience in a similar role (ideally in a call centre environment or high volume capacity)
* Ability to work independently on your own initiative, multi-tasking and prioritising your own workload.
* Exceptional attention to detail coupled with excellent organisational skills
* An approachable team player, able to communicate with all employees and provide support across the board.
* A strong customer focus, whilst instilling and driving a culture a supportive, positive work culture.
