Recruitment Resourcer
Manchester City Centre

£8.50 per hour


Working directly for Search Consultancy in our city centre office in Manchester, we are looking for someone with previous experience in recruitment or sales to source and screen candidates for customer service and contact centre positions throughout the North West.

If you are target driven, resilient and customer focused this would be a great opportunity to gain some experience in the recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate will have a history of working in sales or recruitment role, have a confident telephone manner and be able to start work immediately. The role is temporary and ongoing depending on performance and demand.

Your main role would be to source and make contact with potential candidates for a number of different roles across the North West. You will speak to candidates, assess their suitability for the role and set up interviews for them. You will be able to identify between who is the right fit for the role and be confident in declining candidates who are not.

You must be hardworking and able to use your initiative.

You would be joining a small team in a busy office in central Manchester, working hours between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

* £8.50 per hour
* 40 hours a week
* Temp contract (contract length demand and performance dependant)
* Monday to Friday - between 8am and 6pm
* Based in Manchester City Centre

What you'll be doing
*CV Searching - Sourcing for and interviewing potential candidates.
*Being able to recognise suitable candidates for the relevant positions
*Giving appropriate feedback to candidates
*Having the confidence to pass and fail candidates at telephone interview stage
*Booking candidates in for face to face assessments
*Updating spreadsheets with outcomes from applications, interviews and assessments
*Working towards targets


You must have
*Some experience in a sales related role
* Great attention to detail
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn a new system
* Experience within an office environment
* Confidence when talking on the phone
* Recruitment experience is essential
