An opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Advisor to join a leading law firm located in London to form part of their HR team.
This is essentially a standalone role where you will coordinate all recruitment across the firm (graduate, fee earning and business services) whilst having support from the wider HR team.
Whilst managing the end to end recruitment for all trainees you will also be responsible for the development of them throughout their training contracts. Therefore experience of working in a generalist capacity would also be beneficial in order to manage employee queries when they arise.
Ideally you will already have experience of working within a graduate recruitment function, preferably within a law firm and a CIPD qualification would be helpful but not essential.
To be successful you will be innovative and full of enthusiasm and have the capability to continually lead and improve internal processes and procedures.
