Recruitment Manager - Office Services Division
Are you an established Manager or a successful Recruitment Consultant looking for the next step in your career?
We are looking for a driven individual to lead a team of experienced Consultants specialising in the Office Services Market.
With the ability to double the existing team and really put your stamp on our growth strategy from day one, you'll be reporting directly into our Associate Director and Director. Both have extensive experience in the sector (and a combined 21 years at Search!) and adopt a hands on approach whilst really valuing creative input from their teams. Personal growth plans would also be in place to take you to Senior DM and AD level.
Since opening in Sheffield in 2005 we have built strong existing client relationships across national and local agreements - some of which have been with us from day dot! From one off ad hoc permanent placements to the provision of multiple temps at short-notice, you really will enjoy variety and must thrive in a fast-paced environment. The drive to always do more is essential, with a no fear approach to business development.
