We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our very successful medical, health & social care division in Manchester.

The package will include a salary competitive within the industry and a bespoke bonus scheme. As this will be a very busy recruitment desk, we are looking for collaborative, inclusive and highly organised Recruitment Coordinator candidates. You will be building empathetic relationships with workers and work quickly to ensure the best possible outcomes. Coordinators will work flexibly to include on-call (out of office) cover shared amongst the team.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Advertising, database searching, and following leads on referrals to attract high quality experienced staff.
  • Working alongside the compliance team to ensure all candidates meet stringent criteria.
  • Giving the highest level of customer service to our existing clients.
  • Working with the bank of staff to fill the vacancies, deal with queries, and provide employment support.
