Search Consultancy is currently looking to appoint a career minded individual to join their fantastic Health Care team.

Our Health and Social Care Team based in Crawley is very well established in the market place, focusing on Crawley and surrounding areas recruiting both temporary and permanent staff for a variety of clients within the care industry.

The role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to start their career within Recruitment. Working within the Healthcare team, you will support the business by recruiting a pool of candidates, made up of Healthcare assistants and support workers and placing them within temporary roles with your clients. Your role will be incredibly varied and demanding; you must be a self-starter and incredibly organised as you will manage a wide range of tasks.

The Healthcare team are responsible for servicing our clients with the best customer service possible, ensuring that we maximise the potential opportunities with them. It is important you communicate effectively with both your clients and your candidates to ensure an exceptional level of service.

Skills required;
* Previous sales experience working with a target focus or a Healthcare background would be advantageous
* Passionate, driven and tenacious
* Confident with the ability to build rapport
* Ability to nurture relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Working to targets and deadlines
