This great employer and based in the city centre of Glasgow are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team working Monday to Friday. You will be within a close knit team that offer great training, focusing on that work life balance with a varied and fast paced role.

Main duties in this role will be managing the recruitment process whether that be posting adverts, liaising with agencies and managing the pre-employment checks which you may need to do at a high volume. Within this role you will be doing the complete on boarding and compliance processes needed. You will also be providing administrative support throughout the interview processes and with the HR team when necessary. Other duties within this role include communicating with candidates throughout the process, dealing with the hiring managers - offering support and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process and ensuring you are using the best practise in terms of needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will be hungry for a new role within HR and Recruitment and will have experience working within a similar role in a fast paced high volume recruitment setting. You have to be self led and manage your own workload in a timely manner. As a Recruitment Coordinator you need to be an excellent communicator, a brilliant eye for detail and fantastic IT and MS Office skills. Problem solving as well as the confidence and resilience to communicate at all levels is key to this role. The team you will be working with are a social bunch and would suit someone who is chatty confident and outgoing. A background within the third and public sector would be beneficial.
