Recruitment Consultant - Driving

We are looking for a sales-orientated individual, with previous experience working directly within the Driving sector, to join our recruitment team in Glasgow.
Together with your industry knowledge and strong sales skills, you will have a natural ability to quickly identify new business opportunities. A proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets is essential, as is your strong negotiation skills and being comfortable working towards objectives and targets in a team environment.
Your main areas of responsibility will be developing new business, building rapport and expanding our services to existing clients. This sales role will provide a varied and financially rewarding opportunity to the right candidate. You'll understand that the nature of this role dictates a 24/7 offering, so a willingness to go the extra mile and operate an emergency on call team rota is essential. In return you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary and uncapped bonus scheme.
