£20,000 - £30,000 (OTE of £42,000+, including uncapped commission you could earn a lot more with the right approach!)

Our Dundee Accountancy & Finance team have enjoyed a very successful last few years, growing yearly, and we are now pushing ahead with continued growth for 2020 and looking for a talented individual to join our established team in Dundee.
The team focus specialises in accountancy & finance roles, these can range from purchase and sales ledger clerks, through to qualified accountants, financial controllers & financial directors, working across a variety of sectors. Dundee is an incredibly buoyant market, you would support clients in the provision of permanent recruitment solutions, this is a fast paced and dynamic role requiring someone who can undertake proactive business development activities.
The ideal candidate will have some experience within recruitment or a strong personal drive to succeed, you will be joining an established team and as such you must be able to work autonomously, showing the drive and ambition to develop your desk without a manager micro-managing you. Your manager is based from the Dundee office, and whilst your manager will be based in Dundee and works very closely with the team on a day to day basis, you will need to be fairly self-sufficient and be a strong self starter.
Regardless of your current level of experience you will be given first class training and equipped with all the tools you will need to build a successful desk. Your job is to attract the very best Accountancy & Finance candidates on the market through proactive quality candidate attraction methods.
It is then your job to place these candidates with a wide range of clients using multiple sales techniques from cold calling brand new business to servicing existing clients.
You will deliver outstanding service to both your candidates and clients ensuring their expectations are met at every stage of the process. This is a target and results driven job and you will get out of it what you put in. You will be responsible for meeting candidates, arranging and attending client meetings, business development over the telephone and face to face, meeting sales targets and generating revenue.
