Our Central Manchester office has a vacancy for a full-time Compliance Officer to work in our Medical Division. Search Medical has a proven record of success over the last 14 years; we pride ourselves in being expert consultants and partners in our field. As a Compliance Officer you'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of service to our candidates, recruitment consultants and managers.
Your day to day will involve collating information from prospective candidates at the first point of contact, checking and signing off new candidates and ensuring all identity checks are carried out before commencement and in line with Home Office guidelines. Using a variety of software packages, you will also be responsible for the upkeep of existing workers maintaining their electronic files are compliant.

Experience in the medical compliance sector is not essential but would be advantageous so you can hit the ground running. You will need to be highly organised, flexible and be able to keep a clear head under pressure.
- Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role within a recruitment agency, however not essential.
- You'll be collaborative, passionate and driven.
- You'll be confident and inclusive, with the ability to build trust and rapport and when making essential decisions around the recruitment process.
