We have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join my clients friendly and upbeat team. The role is a hybrid working role with 2 days initially working out of the Southport office with the opportunity to go fully remote once training has been completed. The role is offering a salary of £20,000 and is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
The main duties of he role will be -
- Liaising with individual departments
- Posting job adverts onto various job boards
- Creating job specifications
- Screening job applications and speaking to candidates
- Producing offer packs
- Chasing up references
- Scheduling interviews
