Salary: up to £23,000 dependent on experience
Our client, a growing rail company, is looking to appoint an experienced recruitment assistant to join their busy team. Working within a small & supportive team based in central Leeds, this opportunity will offer the right candidate a great opportunity to develop their skills within this area.
Within this role you will carry out various secretarial, administrative and recruitment support activities, particularly assisting with the recruitment of drivers and conductors. Expect to get involved in the whole recruitment process from initial advertising to screening and on boarding the candidates.
What you'll need
* Previous recruitment experience, ideally in-house
* The ability to work within a fast placed/ volume environment
* Be a resilient and confident individual
* Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
