Recruitment Administrator - Temporary contract - £9.69ph

Search Consultancy is working with a local trust to recruit an Administrator to sit within their HR department. We are looking for a self starter who can hit the ground running. You must have experience working within an office environment and be capable of using different software packages.

The Recruitment Administrator duties will include:

* To be the first point of contact for the HR department
* Providing administration support to various managers within the office
* Entering recruitment information on to systems
* Receiving and reviewing applications
* Producing short lists for vacancies
* Preparing interview packs
* Generating and sending correspondence
* Setting up interview panels where appropriate
* Producing start packs
* Creating and sending out contracts of employment
* Ensuring induction procedures are carried out

We are looking for somebody to start week commencing 2nd March so if you are interested you must be available from then
