I am currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a well known Recruitment Agency based in Central Leeds on a permanent basis.

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a reputable company where progression and development opportunities could be available.

Duties and Responsibilities

* General Secretarial support for all divisions
* Active day to day involvement in fulfilling office procedure requirements
* Maintaining and updating the divisional database on a regular basis
* Organise mailshots for clients and candidates
* Typing proposals/reports/letters/cvs as requested
* Covering reception as and when required
* Covering office junior duties
* Processing temporary payroll and all related admin tasks within the required timescales
* Credit checking, preparing reports and presentations


Key Skills Required

* Previous Administration experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible and proactive
* The ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
* Excellent organisation skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident in all Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
