Central Edinburgh based | Hybrid working role - 2 days in office

Full Time | Monday to Friday

6 month contract with potential for permanent extension

£10.80 hourly + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading client in the Financial Services sector to recruit this role. This role will be starting ASAP so if you feel this role is for you, don't delay in applying!

The purpose of this role will be to provide comprehensive administration support across company's recruitment activities.

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Carrying out comprehensive administration support to the Recruitment team
  • Assisting with the management & updating of recruitment & candidate trackers
  • Working on starter & leaver administration & reporting
  • Dealing with recruitment surveys
  • Auditing and updating the company's candidate database
  • Helping collate candidate responses
  • Management of shared recruitment mailboxes
  • Assisting with organising interviews, dealing with hiring managers
  • Various other recruitment administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

  • Extensive previous experience in an Administration role - this is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation & time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively
  • Experience within a high-volume recruitment function would be beneficial but is not essential
