I have an urgent requirement for a Receptionist/Customer Care Administrator to join my client on a temp to perm basis. My client are well know in the fashion world and this would be a great long term opportunity for the right person.

My client is offering a temporary contract initially however there is a permanent opportunity.

Location: Glasgow city centre (Free parking on site)

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm & Fri 9am to 4pm

Experience: Customer service/social media/Administration

A bit about the role…

  • Acting as a first point of contact, for any issues/queries customers may have regarding their online or in store experience via telephone, email, Social Media and good old-fashioned mail.
  • Acting as an escalation point for our off-shore team
  • Taking ownership of queries throughout the customer's journey.
  • Putting our customers first, to ensure you provide excellent service every time.
  • Be a natural rapport builder and able to engage in a way that makes our customers feel valued
  • Investigating issues and providing corrective action
  • Liaising with couriers and suppliers to provide accurate response to customer
  • Co-ordinating with other departments to provide resolutions
  • Maintaining customer complaints taking the relevant action and maintaining records of feedback.
  • Being part of a strong team from various backgrounds, all where Customer experience is.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy and the ability to jump quickly into new systems/tools and master them.

  • Ability to liaise with all aspects of the business with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
  • The drive to work to targets and a commitment to getting the job done.
  • Able to pro-actively manage work load and understand the importance of tasks with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities independently.
  • A minimum 6 months proven experience in a fast-paced Customer Service role.
  • Ability to be flexible and keep up with the fast-paced and ever changing nature of the Retail sector.
