Are you an experienced administrator/receptionist and would like to work for a charity based in Glasgow? If so i would love to hear from you as I have an opportunity for you to join my client who are a well know charity based in Glasgow City Centre. This is an ongoing temporary role with a view to go permanent for the right person.

My client support people in their time of need and specialise in supporting people facing some of the most complex and challenging situations they will face in their lives.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and you will be office based.

I am looking to speak to people who firstly have reception and experience that feel they can work in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment.

You must be able to communicate clearly with people looking for help that speak different languages, patience and empathy is required as you will be helping people in difficult situations and you will be the first person to speak to them when they visit the office.

You will support with tasks such as answering calls, meet and greet any visitors to the office, sign volunteers in and out of the office, ordering stationary, filing, updating spreadsheets and all other ad hoc administration as and when required.
