Receptionist & Administrator

Temporary, on-going role (with potential for permanent opportunities)

Monday - Friday

We are looking for a confident and skilled individual to join a friendly team. The ideal candidate will have previous Reception and Administrative experience and consider themselves a strong administrator. The company are looking for someone to get stuck in and display a flexible attitude to each work task.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet visitors
* Handle inbound and outbound calls
* Assisting with general enquiries
* Co-ordinate and organise meeting rooms
* Printing/Copying/Scanning
* Filing documentation
* Handling ad hoc administrative tasks

Key Requirements:

* Previous Reception experience
* Confident and welcoming
* Adaptable approach to handling a range of tasks
* Computer literate


* No weekends
* Early finish on Friday's
* Pension
* Parking
