We are looking for a well presented receptionist to join a car dealership firm in Halifax. As a receptionist you will be the welcoming face to greet our customers whilst dealing with customers over the phone in a professional manner. You will deliver excellent customer service along side preforming general duties and managing showroom standards.
Your day to day will consist of
* Acting as a first point of contact face to face and over the phone
* Making sure all customer areas are tidy and presentable
* Working alongside all departments within the company
* Managing a large volume of customer calls dealing with queries
* General administration duties
Do you have
* Smart and professional appearance
* A high level of organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail skills
* Ability to stay calm when under pressure
* Able to work alone or as a team
