Receptionist
part time 21 hours per week
£22 - £25k pro rata

We are looking for a highly motivated and approachable front of house candidate capable of taking control of the visitor management process, providing visitors with an excellent meet and greet service and providing a customer service focused, concierge service.


● To take control of the visitor management process, providing visitors
with an excellent meet and greet service
● Answering telephone, ensuring all received calls are announced. Email
management and helpdesk ticket management
● Promote a customer service focused concierge service
● Effectively manage the meeting room booking process; receiving
bookings by phone, email and in person, arranging client catering and
AV requirements. Ensure that the room(s) are set up appropriately and
cleared down when finished.
● To manage the client space, ensuring that meeting rooms, client
reception and restrooms are maintained at an appropriate level in
accordance with agreed standards.
● Promote a customer care ethos; ensuring high quality facilities and
administrative services are delivered to internal and external
stakeholders
● Maintain filing systems as allocated, digitally and manually
● Maintain lists for local approved suppliers such as courier, taxi services,
catering providers, local amenities and leisure facilities
● Receive, log and action help desk calls, managing work flow and
escalate to Management when required.
● To constantly challenge processes and procedures in order to seek
improvements in the performance of customer service and service
delivery
Support BM in the smooth running of the asset including in the event of
an emergency
