Helpdesk Receptionist


Long-term, temporary


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Operative to join a large company based in Broughton. The main objective of the role is to provide excellent service to internal and external parties, and ensure a smooth running of general operations. The successful candidate will be organised, focused, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling day to day operations of Financial systems
* Regularly liaising with clients, senior management and engineering teams
* Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external parties
* Relay messages clearly through the teams

Key Requirements:

* Must have a Maths/English GCSE, but higher education qualifications are desirable
* Experienced using Microsoft Packages, e.g. Word/Excel etc.
* Will have excellent customer service and organisational skills
