Would you like to work in a busy clinic just outside of the city centre and be the first point of contact for all clients face to face and over the phone?
My client are passionate about delivering first class customer service and are keen to speak to hard working team players with experience of working in a reception and administration roles and who enjoy going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service.
What will you will be doing?
Greet and welcome visitors to the business, answer the telephone, screen and direct calls.
Manage meeting room bookings, provide refreshments/hospitality for meetings, book travel and general administration duties and admin support to Office Manager
Do you have what it takes?
Outstanding customer service skills, the ability to work at pace and prioritise your workload, work well as part of a team, smart and presentable with a professional and pleasant telephone manner, strong communication skills both verbal and written, proficient in word, excel and outlook, IT skills
Go above and beyond to represent the brand.
